Slavica Dance Senior is a program created for seniors, offering safe exercises to the rhythm of folk and fitness music composed for the classes. Our training is a combination of traditional folk dance with fitness steps!
The main goal of our activities is to improve the quality of life of Seniors. The World Health Organization (WHO) suggests that seniors should spend at least 150 minutes a week on moderate physical activity, as it will improve the overall health of Seniors, making everyday activities easier and more enjoyable.
